Cheaney Signs with Vol State

Loreal Cheaney, a senior from Russellville High School, has decided to continue her education and career at Vol State.  "I've seen Loreal play since she was a freshman; I know her family.  Her mom was a great player in high school and Murray State when I was at Russellville High and Austin Peay, so it's in her DNA," Key told the assembly.  "I feel with her versatility I can put her anywhere on the floor and she will fit and be able to add strength to the team.  She's long, athletic, and has a nose to score so that helps."
